History[edit]

The Montgomery County Poor Farm was built in 1890. The facility was composed of the main brick building, a cell house (now ruins), a granary, a dairy barn, and a heating plant. It served as a county home until 1993. Soon after, it became a Drug Rehabilitation Center under the name Trinity Mission. [1]
