Crest View Sanitarium opened sometime in 1890. on March 2nd, 1899 with 12 patients, everything was smooth sailing until March 4th, 1976, Crest View Sanitarium was on fire and the staff and patients were forced to evacuate, thankfully no deaths or injuries were recorded
