History
Opened by the Sisters of Charity in 1879. In 1892 St. Vincent’s Hospital opens a nursing school. Over 5,700 students would graduate before the school closed in 1999. St. Vincent’s Hospital, Westchester, merged with St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Yonkers in 2010.
