This is a video of Pontiac State Hospital shot back in 1999 just prior to the demolition of the majority of the campus. After the demolition, all that would be left was a small building containing the water supply. A park sits where the Kirkbride and other buildings sat. The only part not demolished was the remote section of the campus dedicated to children with mental illnesses.
