History
The Marinette County Asylum, Mental Health Institution, and Poor Home was used from 1906 until 1972, then the old building was torn down and the land was cleared. A new building was constructed near the rear of the property and became the Pineview Health Center for the Elderly. This new building is located on a new site facing Hospital Road west of the original building.
