Maximum capacity for the facility at the time was 36 patients. The facility charged $10 per week to Racine County Patients or $12 to outsiders at the time of its opening.
Staff at the time of opening included: Superintendent-Miss Elizabeth C. Carpenter and Medical Director: Dr. Theodore Brehm
