In 1860-1900 did Beaver County Almshouse authorities/policies place children of parent(s), whom all reside in the same facility, with local Beaver County families to live as  Fostered, Adopted or Servants ?  Are there court and/or facility records documenting the placement of children to assigned famlies?

:Hello, my best guess would be you would have to go, in person, to the local historical society/archive to answer most of those questions. They seem too specific to be able to find on the internet. As far as the age question, that depends on the state/local laws regarding foster children. If there are no laws pertaining specifically to that, then again you will need to take a look at the local archives to dig up whatever remaining documents from the almshouse to answer that question. Where were Beaver County Almshouse residents buried when they died while at the facility?  Are there documents identifying reason of death, date of death, when and where buried?

:Where the cemetery might be located, I do not know. Some almshouses used their own burial grounds while others local community burial grounds. As far as death certificates and what they contain, that depends on each location and how accurate/thorough they were. All these questions are best answered at the local historical society/archive.
